When livestock vaccines overheat, they can lose potency, leading to preventable illness and death loss.
In human vaccination efforts, poor preparation, temperature tracking failures, and workflow breakdowns can derail campaigns and put lives at risk.

Many vaccines expire within 30 minutes of mixing; others within a few hours — even when stored in coolers.
According to the W.H.O. & G.A.V.I. the existing manual process for mixing freeze-dried vaccines wastes between 40-70% of human vaccines in the field & in clinics.
Manual mixing is a huge source of the waste with human vaccines. It can take nearly an hour to mix 100 doses — and by then a most of those mixed are already expired or quickly expiring.

Our Founder
Story.
With a long personal history (with his wife) of supporting NGOs in sub-Saharan Africa and Central America, Bob learned about the vaccine wastage problem in humanitarian vaccination campaigns run by Médecins Sans Frontières in 2014. That led to the invention of the Automated Vaccine Reconstitution System, which was patented in 2018.
Bob has been a senior executive in both the Fortune 25 & in start-ups. His track record of success includes two IPOs as a member of the senior executive team.
In addition to medical devices, Bob has extensive experience in enterprise software and data storage systems. His background includes a global VP role in Hewlett Packard’s data storage group where his team conceived and built HP’s billion dollar CD-R business, VP & General Manager of Exabyte’s Eagle Division partnering with Philips Electronics and developing new methods for recording and playback of digital content, Sr Vice President of Crossroads Systems, and a director level role at SAP. He was founder and CEO of Abbey House Media which solved critical storage and download challenges for digital content that, until that time, could take many minutes instead of seconds.
Bob is an advisor to PandemicTech, an innovation community committed to fighting pandemic infectious disease. He has a vaccinology certificate from the Institut Pasteur in Paris, studying under leading experts in the field. He also did post graduate executive education at Stanford University and Insead University.
